COMMON QUESTIONS
Is that FREE pick up and drop off services?
We offer free delivery and drop off at Kuching Sentral and Kuching International Airport. For other locations, pick up and drop off charges apply, starting from RM10/way and vary based on distance and traffic conditions.
What documents are required for car rental?
You need to provide a valid NRIC/Identity Card (Malaysian) or Passport (Non-Malaysian) and Driving License.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change your booking date and time by contacting us via call or WhatsApp. Strictly no refunds after booking confirmation, and the 15% booking fee will be forfeited.
Is the Security deposit fully refundable?
Yes, you will get a full refund of the security deposit provided that the car is returned in the same condition and fuel level.
May I extend the car for last minutes?
Please let us know at least 24 hours before the rental ends to get approval for an extension.

Been itching to drive a manual again so I hunted one down during my trip to Kuching.. its not easy!! Glad Tiva had one. The Perodua Viva was clean, in good condition and the aircond was icy cold which is a must for Kuching weather. Pickup and return were smooth like butter with clear rules and instructions. Tiva even had parking coupons ready.. such a thoughtful touch!
10/10 would stall again.. left leg sore but heart happy and satisfied. We even gave it a name… Manuel. Trip to Kuching this time was absolute fun with Manuel.

Great service! I rented a Myvi 2020 and it was in really good condition, just like new. Price was the same as other places renting out Axia, so super worth it. Communication with the staff was smooth and very helpful, and they even arranged delivery and pickup outside the airport which was super convenient. Highly recommend if you’re renting a car in Kuching!

Ridiculous procedures and keep insisting for IC image via WhatsApp. Have provided clear license image. The IC can be taken as a copy when picking up car. And the person who called was pretty rude and saying it’s my fault for not reading their T&C. Won’t recommend and won’t use their services. Cancelled the booking to avoid unnecessary possible misuse of ID

A very good experience with Tiva Car Rental. From enquiry stage to pick up car and return car. The customer service was very fast and responsive. The car condition is superb and very clean. Excellent service by Mr.Roger during the pick up and return of car, he is very on time and professional. They even provide free parking coupon, the deposit is returned on the spot when return car as well. Will definitely rent from Tiva Car Rental again during our next visit to Kuching.
