COMMON QUESTIONS

We offer free delivery and drop off at Kuching Sentral and Kuching International Airport. For other locations, pick up and drop off charges apply, starting from RM10/way and vary based on distance and traffic conditions.

You need to provide a valid NRIC/Identity Card (Malaysian) or Passport (Non-Malaysian) and Driving License.

Yes, you can change your booking date and time by contacting us via call or WhatsApp. Strictly no refunds after booking confirmation, and the 15% booking fee will be forfeited.

Yes, you will get a full refund of the security deposit provided that the car is returned in the same condition and fuel level.

Please let us know at least 24 hours before the rental ends to get approval for an extension.

Ridiculous procedures and keep insisting for IC image via WhatsApp. Have provided clear license image. The IC can be taken as a copy when picking up car. And the person who called was pretty rude and saying it’s my fault for not reading their T&C. Won’t recommend and won’t use their services. Cancelled the booking to avoid unnecessary possible misuse of ID

A very good experience with Tiva Car Rental. From enquiry stage to pick up car and return car. The customer service was very fast and responsive. The car condition is superb and very clean. Excellent service by Mr.Roger during the pick up and return of car, he is very on time and professional. They even provide free parking coupon, the deposit is returned on the spot when return car as well. Will definitely rent from Tiva Car Rental again during our next visit to Kuching.
